1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website urbanspa.eu.cc or booking any service at Urban Spa, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services or website.

2. Services & Appointment Booking

Urban Spa offers a range of wellness and massage therapies including but not limited to Thai massage, aromatherapy, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, hot stone massage, foot reflexology, wellness therapy, and body scrub.

• Appointments can be made via phone, WhatsApp, online booking form, or in person.
• A confirmed appointment requires your name, contact number, and preferred service.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to any person for any reason.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, confirmed bookings will honor the price at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans change. Please notify us at least 4 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations within 4 hours of the scheduled time may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

4. Payment Methods

We accept cash, mobile banking (bKash, Nagad), credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Payment is due at the time of service unless a prepaid package or gift certificate is used.

5. Health & Safety

For your safety and the effectiveness of treatments, please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or pregnancy before the session. Urban Spa is not liable for any adverse effects resulting from undisclosed health information.

• We maintain strict hygiene protocols including sterilized linens, sanitized rooms, and hand hygiene.
• If you are feeling unwell (fever, contagious illness), please reschedule your appointment.

6. Code of Conduct

Urban Spa is a professional wellness center. Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or violation of therapist boundaries will result in immediate termination of service without refund and possible legal action.

7. Gift Certificates & Packages

• Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Package sessions are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
• Unused sessions within a package are non-transferable and non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website – including text, graphics, logos, images, and software – is the property of Urban Spa and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Urban Spa shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

11. Modifications to Terms

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
